April 10, 2019 Update: Currently, we have no available vendor booths spaces open. You are welcomed to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can place you on a waitlist.
Our location is in the parking lot of My Parents Basement – The address is 22 N. Avondale Road.
Market opens at 10 am.
Please do not plan on breaking down until the market closes at 1 pm.
Set up starts at 9 am. Please plan accordingly to give yourself time to get set up. Please unload and then plan to park at Little Tree Art Studio parking lot (2834 Franklin Street). Parking here will give customers prime parking when they arrive to shop the market. We are aware there are a few vendors who have to use their vehicle for their setup.
Tents need to be touching. We currently don’t have the space to spread out. Get to know your neighbor!
We will send an email on the Friday prior to market with a list of expected vendors and a map of booth set up. NEW for 2019 – we will be closing off a portion of Pine Street to accommodate for additional vendor booth spaces.
Vendors are required to provide their own 10x10 tent, table, and sign, trash bag, trash can, hand sanitizer, cleaners and paper towels. We also highly recommend bringing some sort of weight to keep your tent secure. Trash will be taken with them and recycling separated unless taken home.
Booth fees will be collected on Sunday during market times. NEW for 2019 – we are offering a discounted rate for those wishing to pay for the entire season up front. Please email us at email@example.com for more details.
We will have live music each week.
We provide water and bathrooms are located in My Parents Basement. We understand flat tires happen, alarm clocks don’t go off, and there are family emergencies. Once the market starts, if you are not setup, you will need to fill in an open space that may not be one you are accustomed to. Please text the market manager and they will do their best to assist you.
We are a RAIN or SHINE market, however, there have been cases when we close due to severe weather (heavy lightning, tornado, hurricane). We will always post our status on Facebook and do our best to send our timely communication.
